What's new in NX 2312.6000
Variational Flange
You can now create a flange on a non-planar chain of tangent edges even if it includes side edges of a bend. When you create such a flange, you can change its length or angle along the chain of edges that you select. To do this, use the new Variational Flange command. You can vary the length of the flange along the chain of edges. If the chain of tangent edges is coplanar, you can vary the angle of the flange along the chain of edges.

To flatten a variational flange, you can use the Flattening and Forming command in the Modeling application.
