In the game Urban Empire you control a dynasty of mayors, leading your city and its inhabitants for 200 years. Urban Empire is a city manager simulation game, a new type of strategy game that combines city planning simulation features with political intrigue, set against the backdrop of social and historical events. This creates a completely new type of game, in which players must use strategic planning and political savvy to successfully develop the city as the mayor.


Game Features

A simulator of a city ruler, not a city planner: Urban Empire is a unique combination of classic city planning simulator and political management. Take on the role of mayor, demonstrate your political smarts and prove your skills by defeating rivals and leading your city against a backdrop of technological advancement and ideological revolutions.
Choose from 4 ruling families, each with 5 characters: for example, the Kilgannons, who support equality and social justice, or the Sant'Ilaias, who focus on scientific progress and the pursuit of knowledge.
Create city districts, manage them on a large scale and satisfy the needs of your citizens, such as happiness, safety and utilities.
Introduce new technologies, such as streetcars, antibiotics, or video games, and use your influence to convince the city council to carry out your political agenda.
Up to 1,000 dynamic events show the various twists and turns of city life: make and influence decisions related to issues such as women's rights, the hippie movement and child labor.
